The ebb and flow of life
Keeping it real and true
Forgoing endless strife.

A journey that’s unknown
Letting the energy flow through you
New seeds being sown.

Whether it’s a sonnet or a limerick
Or a free-form style of verse
Express yourself in any way
No need to rehearse.

A celebration across the planet
People joining hands
A creativity connection
The heart and soul expands.
